About Bill
Bill practices in the areas of commercial real estate development, business transactions, and commercial and corporate lending. Mr. McKenzie has spoken at numerous seminars, including “Boundary Law,” “Advanced Real Estate Law in Georgia,” and “Commercial Lending Requirements and Loan Documentation in Georgia.” He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and previously served as Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Bill received his A.B., summa cum laude, in 1975 from the University of Georgia and his J.D. in 1978 from the University of Virginia. During law school, he was a member of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He furthered his education at Emory University Law School, earning his LL.M. in Taxation in 1986. Bill is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
