About Jim
Jim joined Burr & Forman in April of 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the administrator for Watson, Gammons & Fees, PC in Huntsville, AL; controller for Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in Nashville, TN; and, administrator for Berkowitz, Lefkovits, Isom & Kushner in Birmingham, AL. Most recently, Jim worked for Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society, Inc. in Chicago, IL as Director of Member Relations.
Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and, prior to embarking on a career in legal administration, spent over five years in public accounting.
Jim received his B.S. in accounting in 1986 from the University of South Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of CPA’s, and the Association of Legal Administrators.
