Overview

Joe Stuhrenberg is an Associate in the firm’s General Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of high-stakes commercial litigation, including non-compete and trade secret disputes, copyright disputes, regulatory matters, and other complex business disputes.

Joe earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He also competed on the moot court team and was part of the trio that won the 70th Annual National Moot Court Competition. During his third year of law school, Joe was selected as a pupil in the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court and, upon graduation, was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Joe received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
