A payday lender recently filed suit against the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia relating to its Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) loan application under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”).
