Chris Thompson was a debater during the “Great Debates” panel at the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s Annual Seminar held on June 14, 2019.  The debate was titled The Finality Countdown: Anticipating the Supreme Court’s Ruling in Ritzen Group v. Jackson Masonry LLC, and Chris argued the position against a blanket rule of finality with respect to bankruptcy court orders denying stay relief.
