Birmingham-based Partner George Taylor III is speaking at the American Bar Association Spring Meeting on April 8, 2016 at 2:00pm. The Meeting will be held at the Fairmont Hotel in Montreal, Canada.

George's speech is called "An Introduction to Tax Aspects of M&A Transactions."
