In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, Burr & Forman hosted a special cooking demonstration by Mariah Gladstone, founder of Indigikitchen. Mariah, member of the Blackfeet and Cherokee nations, shared her passion for re-indigenizing diets through her Bison and Butternut Lasagna recipe, highlighting the cultural importance of Indigenous foods and the impact of historical events on traditional Native American diets and agricultural practices.
