On Monday, May 15th, Zach Miller moderated a panel at the Conference on Consumer Law in Chicago, Illinois on recent developments in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The panel focused on regulatory developments, recent federal court decisions and featured a question and answer section with a TCPA Plaintiff's class action attorney. The panel addressed recent developments since the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) July 10, 2015 TCPA Ruling and analyzed how federal judges are interpreting the new TCPA guidance and the progress of the Ruling's appeal.
