Partner Al Teel gave a presentation entitled: The Intersection of Railroads and Trucks at “Humped Crossings” at the 2022 Transportation Lawyers Association’s Chicago Regional Conference. The presentation discussed issues within railroad law of which trucking companies should be aware, including FELA claims and how they are different, crossing statutes, and federal law relating to motor carriers and others.
