Nashville, Tenn., January 14, 2016 - Burr & Forman announces that Nashville-based Partner, William L. "Bill" Penny, has been named as the leader of the firm's Environmental & Land Use practice section.
The Environmental & Land Use section is a sub-section of the firm's Real Estate practice group. The section focuses on providing environmental advice and services associated with all aspects of business planning, development, and operation. The group seeks to assure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and thereby avoid enforcement actions and litigation.
