Burr & Forman announces that Birmingham Partner Melinda Sellers has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list for 2019.

The list recognizes up-and-coming executives, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders in the Magic City.  The Birmingham Business Journal will hold a reception for all the honorees on February 21^st at Mercedes-Benz dealership in Irondale.

At Burr, Melinda practices in the Real Estate and Lending Practice Groups, focusing on condominium law, real estate law, and alcohol regulatory law. Melinda is only one of two women to obtain the title of Certified Cicerone^TM in the state of Alabama. She regularly presents seminars for developers, management companies, and associations on the topic of condominium and subdivision law in Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi and as well as various legal topics relevant to brewery owners and managers.
