Bob Goodrich Featured in The Tennessean
Nashville, TN. - On May 8, 2015, Robert C. Goodrich, Jr. shared his thoughts with The Tennessean on the Tennessee Supreme Court considering whether death-row inmates can challenge the electric chair as unconstitutional. Goodrich, along with twenty-one other Tennessee attorneys, filed a brief with the Tennessee Supreme Court. "These attorneys recognize a responsibility to maintain and improve our system of justice," said Goodrich. "The imposition of the death penalty is a significant challenge, if not the most significant challenge, to our justice system."
