Burr Elevates Four New Attorneys to Partnership
The new partners include Birmingham-based attorney Allen Sullivan, Jr., Orlando-based attorneys Christine Irwin Parrish and Ty G. Roofner, and Catherine M. Verona of the firm's Tampa office.

- Allen Sullivan, Jr., a member of the firm's Corporate and Tax group, focuses his practice on tax planning, tax controversy and litigation, and international tax compliance.
From Burr & Forman's Orlando office:
- Christine Irwin Parrish practices in the firm's Litigation group representing clients in financial services litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation and various other commercial disputes.
- Ty G. Roofner is part of the firm's Corporate and Tax group where he focuses his practice on representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, early-stage and start-up companies, private equity and corporate finance.
From Burr & Forman's Tampa office:
- Catherine M. Verona, a member of the firm's Product Liability practice, counsels her clients on the defense of auto and premises liability claims, civil rights litigation and personal injury protection.
