Burr & Forman Adds Corporate Finance Attorney in Mobile
Previously an associate at the New York-based firm Kelley, Drye & Warren, LLP, Bronner boosts Burr & Forman's Corporate and Tax practice in Alabama.
Bronner's experience includes advising corporate clients on large-scale site selection projects, including negotiations for incentives agreements. He has represented banks and financial institutions acting as rights agents and escrow agents. Prior to entering private practice, Bronner served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for investigations and felony prosecutions involving embezzlement, forgery and other financial crimes.
Bronner is a member of the Alabama and New York State Bar associations. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama, and his LLM in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
