Burr & Forman Adds Tort Trial And Insurance Practice Group Associate

Birmingham, Ala., July 12, 2016 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Birmingham-based associate D. Matthew Centeno to the firm's Tort Trial & Insurance practice group.

Centeno counsels clients in toxic tort, product liability and personal injury litigation. His practice focuses on defending manufacturing companies, primarily in complex "bet the company" cases and environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Centeno practiced at a defense litigation firm focusing on complex environmental, construction, and architect and engineer litigation.

Centeno received his juris doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and was selected to the National Environmental and National Labor and Employment Moot Court teams. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the Honors College at the University of Alabama.
