Burr & Forman Attorneys Named To Florida Trend’s 2020 “Legal Elite”
Burr & Forman LLP announces that five of its attorneys have been recognized by Florida Trend magazine on its 2020 “Legal Elite” list. Included on this year’s list are Jacksonville-based attorneys Greg Lunny, Adrian Rust and Troy Smith and Tampa-based attorneys Harvey S. Kauget and Jacqueline Simms-Petredis. Greg Lunny, managing partner of Burr & Forman’s Jacksonville office is recognized as “Legal Elite” in the area of Commercial Litigation. His focus is on intellectual property, products liability, class action, regulatory compliance, governmental, land-use, and construction litigation.
Adrian Rust is recognized as a “Legal Elite” in the area of Commercial Litigation. His practice focuses primarily on representation of companies and individuals in the areas of complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, probate and trust litigation, contract litigation, business torts and real estate litigation.
Troy Smith is recognized as “Legal Elite” in the area of Construction Law. Troy is a member of the firm's Construction and Project Development practice group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation within the construction industry including contract drafting and litigation, licensing, lien disputes, state and federal public job disputes, construction defect, delay and disruption claims.
