Burr & Forman Continues Nashville Expansion With Four New Attorneys

Firm News

Nashville, TN. - Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of four attorneys to the firm's Nashville office. Joining as partners are Kenneth M. Bryant, Brian C. Neal and William L. Penny, and as an associate, J. Patrick Warfield. This news follows the addition of six lateral hires on January 5, and is in direct response to client needs and the resurgence of the region's economy across Burr & Forman's strongest industry sectors. With today's announcement, Burr & Forman now has a total of 20 attorneys in Nashville and 42 attorneys licensed to practice in Tennessee across nine offices in five states.

"These additions - including the six announced last week - have been a great way for us to start the New Year, as they all bring a wealth of experience in the areas that matter most to our clients," said Thomas K. Potter, III, managing partner of Burr & Forman's Nashville office. "We value creative and collaborative attorneys who serve as business partners to their clients, and we are confident that this group brings together some of Nashville's best legal advisors during this tremendous time of industry growth across Tennessee."

All of the new Burr & Forman attorneys, including those announced January 5, were previously with Stites & Harbison PLLC. They practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, creditors' rights, environmental law and bankruptcy, labor and employment, and products liability.

The six partners who joined Burr & Forman on January 5 include partners Matthew J. DeVries, Robert C. Goodrich, Jr., Garry K. Grooms, Madison L. Martin, Stephen H. Price and M. Clark Spoden. More information on their arrival is available here.
