Burr & Forman Expands Across Southeast with Addition of 12 Attorneys

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the addition of 12 associates in six offices across its Southeastern footprint. 

CEO Ed Christian comments on the new additions, "We are excited to continue building the next generation of attorneys at our firm with the addition of this group, and look forward to working with, training, and developing them as they step into various practice areas serving clients in a wide range of legal issues."

The new associates, along with their respective office locations, include:

Birmingham

  • John Wilson Booth joins the Transportation, Insurance, and Product Section practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. John Wilson is licensed to practice in the state of Alabama. 
  • Chandler Brown joins the firm's Corporate & Tax practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his law degree from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law and is licensed to practice in Alabama.
  • Ben Clark joins the General Commercial Litigation practice group and is licensed in Alabama. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
  • Mary Kate Gorham joins the Lending practice group. Her undergraduate degree is from Auburn University and her law degree is from Samford University Cumberland School of Law and is licensed to practice in Alabama.
  • Warren "Cole" Foster joins the Financial Services Litigation practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree and graduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Columbia

  • Ben Jenkins joins the firm's General Commercial Litigation practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his law degree is from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is licensed to practice in South Carolina. 
  • Allison Pennington joins the Real Estate practice group and is licensed in South Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree from the  University of Georgia and her law degree is from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Hilton Head Island 

  • Paul Hotchkiss joins the firm's Real Estate practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Paul is licensed to practice in South Carolina. 

Jacksonville

  • Phil Faires joins the General Commercial Litigation practice group and is licensed to practice in Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. 

Nashville

  • Molly McCue joins the firm's Corporate & Tax practice group. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary and her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and is licensed to practice in Tennessee. 

Orlando

  • Charla Mcklevey joins the Real Estate practice group. She earned her Associate's degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville, her Bachelor's from the University of North Florida, and her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Charla is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. 
  • Brett Stroze joins the Financial Services Litigation practice group and is licensed to practice in Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his law degree is from Florida State University College of Law.
