Burr & Forman Expands Client Services with Addition of Four New Attorneys

Atlanta:
Scott E. Hitch is counsel in the firm's Environmental practice group, where he focuses primarily on environmental litigation. He directs and represents clients on matters relating to business strategy, regulatory compliance, permitting, policy and dispute resolution, as well as environmental due diligence aspects of real estate and brownfield transactions.
Patrick B. Webb is counsel in the firm's Banking and Real Estate practice group and focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, commercial loan transactions from both lender and borrower sides, and commercial leasing from both the landlord and tenant sides in all sectors, as well as commercial real estate development, financing and investing.
Birmingham:
Whitney C. Henry is an associate in the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice group, where she focuses on financial services, commercial, insurance and product liability litigation. Henry's background includes experience in the areas of commercial transportation, premises liability, professional malpractice, admiralty and subrogation claims.
J. Allen Sullivan Jr. is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Tax practice group, where he focuses on tax planning for entrepreneurs and their closely-held businesses. Sullivan guides clients through all aspects of business tax planning, from entity formation and acquisition to wealth transfers, and on issues related to estate planning.
