Burr & Forman Expands Corporate Practice With Addition Of Millissa Johnson In Atlanta
Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate Millissa Johnson, who joins the firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Group. Millissa advises clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Millissa began her legal career in New York City working for an AmLaw 50 firm. After spending her formative years gaining legal experience in New York City, Millissa relocated to Atlanta. Over the course of her career, Johnson has provided legal and business advice to high-growth startups in a variety of industries. She has advised public and private companies on complex transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions and sales, mergers, and initial public offerings. She also has experience advising clients in the technology, media and entertainment industries on valuation, financing and strategic positioning.
Johnson received her undergraduate degree from Williams College and her law degree from Harvard Law School.
