Burr & Forman Expands Food and Beverage Regional Team With Addition of Michele Reddick in Atlanta
Burr & Forman announces the addition of Michele Reddick to the firm’s Atlanta office. Reddick joins as counsel on the firm’s Food and Beverage team as part of the Corporate and Tax practice group. She represents individuals and entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, trusts and estates, and various nonprofit organizations. Michele’s practice will also include working with family-owned businesses, including beverage wholesalers.

Reddick brings a decade of experience handling a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning, estate and trust administrations, estate litigation, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. She is well versed in assisting clients and their advisors in formulating estate and succession plans. She also brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the beverage industry and has experience working with beverage wholesalers and suppliers.
Reddick is admitted in Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law.
