Inc. Magazine ranked Burr & Forman in the top 10 in the Private Sector category for the state of Alabama. The list has been published today and available at www.inc.com. The firm was recognized at an awards ceremony on December 6 in Washington, D.C. Burr & Forman also earned a spot earlier this year on the publication's sixth annual 500|5000 list, which highlights the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

Burr & Forman's growth over the last year has raised its firmwide attorney count to nearly 300 attorneys, up almost 20 percent in just 12 months. In October, the firm combined with Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady, P.A. in Tampa, Fla., bolstering its Southeastern footprint, and has added 50 attorneys since December 2011.
