In the Jan. 10, 2013, issue of the Asia Deal Digest, posted online at The Asian Lawyer, Birmingham Partner Gene Price was mentioned for his work on Mitsui & Co. Ltc.'s acquisition of a 30 percent stake in Spanish auto parts maker, Gestamp Automocion's North and South American operations. Price represented Gestamp throughout the process. The final deal included a $391.4 million stake in Gestamp and ownership of 15 of Gestamp's plants in the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
