Burr & Forman Relocates Lending Partner to Support Growth and Increased Client Needs in Mobile
Mobile, Ala., August 7, 2017 - Burr & Forman LLP announces that a partner in its Lending Practice Group, Patrick J. Clarke, has relocated to the firm's Mobile office from Atlanta. With substantial experience in the real estate construction and permanent financing arena as well as the acquisition and development of commercial real estate projects, Clarke brings valuable guidance to support the economic growth in Mobile and increased need for on-the-ground real estate counsel. Clarke has been a partner with Burr & Forman since 2001.

Clarke serves clients in commercial real estate financing matters, acquisitions, and developments. His clients include real estate lenders and property owners involved in multi-jurisdictional financing, acquisitions of properties, including office, industrial, retail and multifamily. He brings 32 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and closing complex real estate financings, including construction, multiple property portfolios, permanent loans, refinancing and loan workouts.
Recognized by his peers for his excellence in client service and results, he has been named among Georgia Trend magazine's annual Legal Elite.
Clarke earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and law degree from Mercer University.
Clarke is a native of Mobile, Alabama, graduating from McGill-Toolen High School.
