Burr & Forman Welcomes Ken Thompson to Birmingham Office
Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Ken Thompson to the firm's Birmingham office in the Corporate & Tax practice group. Ken's practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and various corporate and non-profit matters.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Ken to the firm as we continue to strengthen our Corporate & Tax practice here in Birmingham and across the region,” said April Mason, managing partner of the firm’s Birmingham office.
Ken obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, and his B.S. from Auburn University. While at Cumberland, Ken received the Albert P. Brewer Scholarship in Law and the Herbert W. Peterson Endowed Scholarship. Ken was also a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy during his time at Cumberland.
Ken and his wife, Suzanne, live in Birmingham with their daughter, Mae Kirkland. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching Auburn sports.
