Burr & Forman Welcomes Mark Carlson to Charlotte Office
Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the addition of Counsel Mark Carlson to the firm's Charlotte office in the Lending practice group, concentrating on representing major banking and lending institutions in connection with CMBS and other commercial real estate finance transactions, securitized mortgage servicing, and more.

Mark has represented significant banking institutions in every aspect of originating, securitizing, servicing, and liquidating commercial and residential mortgage transactions. He also has experience in complex commercial disputes related to lender liability and has defended claims alleging violations of TILA, RESPA, FDCP, FCRA, and other financial consumer laws.
Mark obtained his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
