Burr & Forman announced today that Richmond C. "Rick" Flowers has joined its Real Estate practice as a partner.
Rick represents clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, real estate development, land use, commercial leasing, condominium, mobile home park, and landlord/tenant matters. He routinely represents financial institutions in documenting real estate and asset-based loans. Rick also has extensive experience in representing borrowers in connection with syndicated loans and buyers and sellers of shopping center developments around the country.
"We're thrilled to have Rick join the firm," said Jacqueline Simms-Petredis, managing partner of the Tampa office. "His experience will provide exceptional value to our real estate clients across the state."
In addition to Rick’s real estate transactional experience, Rick has experience litigating matters related to breach of contract, collection, title insurance, easement dispute, franchise dispute, product liability, and maritime law matters. When not serving his clients, he enjoys diving and spearfishing.
