Burr & Forman’s Commercial Litigation Practice Grows with Addition of D. Keith Andress and Jade E. Sipes
Birmingham, AL – July 21, 2021 – Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the addition of D. Keith Andress and Jade E. Sipes to the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Keith joins the firm as Partner and Jade joins as Counsel. They are both located in the Birmingham office.

Keith Andress is a bet-the-company trial lawyer who handles significant state and federal cases throughout the Southeast. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, and finance litigation.
Keith’s experience includes breach-of-contract actions, business torts, violations of non-compete agreements, and theft of trade secret matters. He represents plaintiffs in commercial cases and has obtained numerous seven-figure settlements for his clients.
Keith received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and undergraduate degree from Auburn University. He is a member of the American, Alabama, and Birmingham Bar Associations. Keith is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Jade Sipes’ experience includes representing clients in matters involving consumer protection laws, wrongful foreclosure claims, and defense against charges of liability and fraud. She defends a diverse group of clients in claims arising under the FDCPA, TCPA, TILA, RESPA, and FACTA. Jade has also represented clients in construction disputes and breach of contract actions.
She received her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Memphis. She is a member of the Birmingham and American Bar Associations.
