She is also a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.

Among her leadership endeavors, she is active in the American Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Alabama Medical Group Management Association. She is also an active member of Canterbury United Methodist Church.

Fleming earned her undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and her law degree from the University of Alabama.
