Burr & Forman's Zachary Miller Relocates to Nashville
Nashville, Tenn. - Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Zachary Miller, an associate in the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice, has relocated to the firm's Nashville office. Previously in Birmingham, Miller joins the Nashville office to serve growing needs of the firm's financial services clients.
Miller represents financial institutions in consumer lawsuits, including the Truth-in-Lending Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. He serves on Burr & Forman's Recruiting Committee and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Alabama Super Lawyers annually since 2011.
Miller is a member of the Alabama, Florida and Tennessee State Bars. He serves as a Young Lawyer Liaison for the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Consumer Financial Services Committee and is a graduate of the TIPS/ABOTA National Trial Academy.
He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law.
