Burr Welcomes Counsel Rob Dills to Real Estate Practice

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Rob Dills has joined the firm as Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. Rob will focus on residential and commercial real estate, real estate financing, development, business transactions, estate planning, and probate.

Rob brings a wealth of experience, managing complex transactions, corporate mergers, and compliance for clients across the technology and finance industries. He also handles commercial leases, 1031 exchanges, and investment property transactions, and is a licensed title insurance producer with experience in title work. His real estate litigation practice includes quiet title actions and boundary disputes in South Carolina.

In addition to real estate, Rob crafts estate plans for a range of clients and manages trust administration and probate litigation. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Rob founded and led Dills Law Firm.

Rob holds a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and a B.S. in Sports and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys time on the water and traveling with his family.
