Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the arrival of associate Garrett Lucey to the firm's Health Care practice group. 

"We are thrilled to welcome Garrett to the firm and our healthcare reimbursement and regulatory team. Garrett will assist in our team's continued growth and commitment to excellent and innovative legal services for our healthcare clients," said Chet Hosch, Health Care practice group leader. 

Before joining Burr, Garrett's experience concentrated on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, and property-related litigation. In addition, his experience includes employment and commercial litigation matters, cybersecurity, and employee benefits, specifically ERISA.

Garrett obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.S. at Sewanee: The University of the South. While at the University of Alabama, he was the Publications & Outreach Editor of the Law & Psychology Review and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Business Law Society.
