The Certified Information Privacy Professional / US is offered by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the designation requires the individual to demonstrate an understanding of principles-based framework and a knowledge base in information privacy in the U.S. context.

At Burr, India serves as Chair of the firm's IP and Cybersecurity Practice Group. Her practice is devoted to helping clients identify, protect and generate maximum value from their intellectual property and helping clients develop and implement policies and procedures to protect their data and respond to cyber incidents. India also actively participates in the firm's Corporate Transactions Group as well as the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Electronic Transactions focus team.
