Tampa Partner, Jacqueline Simms-Petredis has been appointed to Bay Area Legal Services’ Development Council, a volunteer leadership group that helps to secure the financial future of Bay Area Legal through fundraising efforts. Bay Area Legal is a nonprofit law firm that serves residents in the Tampa Bay area by providing free civil legal services.

The Council’s membership consists of 20-25 community-leaders in diverse fields that consist of medicine, real estate, insurance, education, financial services, accounting, media, law, small business, human resources, law enforcement, and ministry. Members are influential leaders with a demonstrated commitment to Bay Area Legal.

Jacqueline serves as a Partner in the firm's Financial Services group with a focus on financial litigation and compliance. She assists clients in matters such as foreclosures, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, compliance issues and directly filed lawsuits.
