David Houston Honored with 2023 TMA Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Award

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that partner David Houston has been named a winner of the 2023 Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Award, presented by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

David has been awarded amongst other winners in the category of Mid-Size Company Turnaround/Transaction for his work representing a major creditor in the Express Grain Terminals case.

The Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Awards are among the most prestigious in the industry and are chosen based on a rigorous peer-review process by the volunteer TMA Awards Committee. David and other winners will be celebrated for their achievements during the 2023 TMA Annual Conference this October in San Francisco.
