Rust told the publication about the office's growth, "The challenge is to be patient and methodical as we add excellent lawyers and clients to the roster. The biggest challenge is there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to do all the things that we need to do to build the office." When asked about the future of Burr & Forman in Jacksonville, Rust added, "We are going to grow on a parallel track with the business community. Our growth will mimic the growth of the city's core industries."
