Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the arrival of Counsel Sarah Bangs to the firm's Atlanta office as a member of the Real Estate practice group. Sarah's practice concentrates on the representation of owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

"Sarah’s deep experience working with investors and developers across a range of asset classes complements and strengthens our current client services. Our Real Estate practice has been running hot for the past few years, so bringing on Sarah helps us keep pace with the growing work base."

Sarah has experience negotiating purchase and sale, management, development, easement, and listing agreements, along with financing documents for complex commercial real estate projects. She also assists clients in the review of due diligence items, including identifying and resolving title, survey, and zoning matters.

Sarah earned her J.D. from Mississippi College and her B.S. from Presbyterian College.
