Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Cade Spivey to the firm's Jacksonville office as an associate in our General Commercial Litigation practice group. Cade represents clients in commercial disputes.

"Cade will provide valuable depth to our business litigation practice capacity, and as a former U.S. Navy officer and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he brings an exemplary level of intelligence, discipline, and strength of character to our team.”

In his prior practice, Cade focused on defending globally positioned insurers and employers. He has additionally represented military personnel and contractors in adverse employment actions and security clearance adjudications against the U.S. Department of Defense.

Cade Spivey obtained his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy.
