Firm News

The second trend is the SEC coming down on the gatekeepers including attorneys, auditors and compliance officers, in addition to the companies "That is indicative perhaps of the SEC's response to the criticism that they're not doing enough to go after individuals," said Potter. The final trend is that some commissioners are getting testy. The commissioners don't always agree internally on the agency's actions.
