Overview

Andrew Keen is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Andrew has a background as a private equity analyst and financial consultant and in conducting due diligence on start-up companies seeking angel investments. While in law school, he was an intern for a QSR franchisor in Atlanta and as a research assistant on matters related to corporate governance and trademarks. He earned the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) certificate from Emory Law and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
