Overview

Bailey is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

Bailey earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and achieved semifinalist status in the Hardt Cup. Bailey also served as a DBA Mentor.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Troy University. Bailey was honored as 'The 87' Honoree and received the Louis Hopper Perpetual Scholarship in both History and Political Science. He was involved in several activities, including serving as President of the Political Science Club and Vice President of the Model United Nations.
