Charles is an associate in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice group.

Charles completed his J.D. at Belmont University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 5% of his class. During his studies, he was a member of the Belmont Law Review and consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List.

Before attending law school, Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts from Millsaps College. His professional experience includes serving as a Legal Extern at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and as a Judicial Extern for Judge Jeffrey Usman at the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
