Garrett Lucey is an associate in the firm’s Health Care practice group.

Garrett’s prior experience concentrated on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, and property-related litigation. In addition, his experience includes employment and commercial litigation matters, cybersecurity, and employee benefits, specifically ERISA.

Garrett obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.S. at Sewanee: The University of the South. While at the University of Alabama, he was the Publications & Outreach Editor of the Law & Psychology Review and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Business Law Society.
