Gerald Gillespy counsels and represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes, as well as class actions and coverage litigation.

Gerald is a partner in the firm’s Litigation section. His practice has focused on commercial litigation, including business tort claims, shareholder and securities actions, partner, member and shareholder disputes, vendor disputes, insurance litigation, D & O claims, lender liability claims, bank and financial institution disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and intellectual property disputes, as well as class actions and insurance coverage claims. Gerald has over 30 years of experience litigating in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Alabama and throughout the nation. He has led clients to successful results through summary adjudication, mediations, arbitrations, settlement, adversary proceedings, and trials. Gerald has represented manufacturers, distributors, financial institutions, service providers, corporations, partnerships, insurers and other companies, as well as individuals, officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders and insureds, in several different industries across a broad spectrum of products and services.
