Overview
Jackson is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, where his practice focuses on litigation cases involving banks, financial institutions and mortgage companies.
Jackson has handled dozens of cases involving general liability litigation claims inclusive of casualty litigation, construction, and products liability claims in both Federal and State courts related to premises liability, transportation, complex litigation and retail & hospitality. He also has experience drafting dispositive motions, written discovery, and case management plans. He has managed claims from their outset to resolution, communicated with clients and adjusters, taken opposing party depositions, argued motions, negotiated with opposing counsel for settlement of claims, and more.
Jackson is originally from Kimberly, AL, and stays involved in the community by volunteering for Mitchell’s Place. During his free time, he enjoys spending time outside, traveling to new places, and cooking for friends and family.
