Overview
Joe is partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Joe works with a range of clients on matters involving business law, contracts, economic development, general counsel, land use, real estate, regulatory law, transportation, and logistics. He also has significant experience in port related matters, currently serving as the outside Deputy General Counsel for the South Carolina State Ports Authority, where he previously held the position of Assistant Legal Counsel.
Joe's educational background includes a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, an M.B.A. from The Citadel, and a B.A. from Wofford College.
