Overview
Josie Wall is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Josie has experience counseling domestic and international businesses in the technology, healthcare, distribution, and manufacturing industries.
While attending the Georgia State University College of Law, Josie mediated cases in dispossessory court through the college’s Mediation Clinic. She served as President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Immigration Law Society, Secretary of the Asian American Student Law Association, and Secretary of the James Oglethorpe Legal Society.
Josie is an Atlanta native and enjoys cheering on her alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs, with her goldendoodle, Grady.
