Overview

Kylie is an associate in the firm’s Construction practice group.

Kylie earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She achieved the Highest Grade Designation in Criminal Law, Trusts and Estates, Remedies, and Multistate Strategies, and was consistently on the Dean’s List. She also received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal Award for Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies.

Kylie contributed to the Stetson Law Review as a Notes & Comments Editor. Her article, Properly Securing Digital Legacies: A Proposal to Amend the Florida Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act to Enhance Fiduciary Access and Adhere to Traditional Principles of the Florida Probate Code, is published in 53 Stetson L. Rev. 741 (2024).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with minors in Criminal Justice and Crime, Law, and Deviance from the University of Central Florida, graduating cum laude.

Prior to joining the firm, Kylie gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for Judge Mark Kiser at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court and as a Federal Judicial Extern for Judge Julie Sneed at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
