Overview

Lindsey Cochran centers her practice on real estate lending work, with a focus on representing lenders in commercial loan transactions.

She also has represented borrowers and real estate developers in loan transactions, and she has been involved in real estate development.

Her experience in commercial real estate covers a wide variety of projects, including apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, and senior housing facilities.

At Cumberland School of Law, Lindsey served as executive editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked as a manager for a real estate closing and title insurance company, which sparked her passion for assisting clients with real estate transactions.

Lindsey practices in Burr & Forman’s Lending & Real Estate practice groups.
