In her role as director of human resources, Lisa oversees all human resource strategy and processes across the firm’s footprint including employee relations and engagement, benefits and policies, staffing needs, employee intake, training, engagement and retention.
Overview
She works with the firm’s executive team to evaluate and manage legal industry trends, human resource technology and strategic planning as the firm adds personnel. In her role, she works closely with office administrators across the firm to provide support on day-to-day operations and employee management.
Lisa has her Professional Human Resource certification (PHR) as well as is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and Society of Human Resources (SHRM). She is also a graduate of Momentum’s Executive Leadership Program and was recently named to Momentum’s board of directors, serving a three-year term. Arrington received her B.S. in accounting from the University of Alabama.
